The best ice coffee I’ve had in town. Fresh orange juice also very good. Me and my mum visited the place first time before taking a bus and the kitchen was not opened yet but owners made us omelettes, very filling and tasty. I call it a great service and very good hospitality. Maybe their English is not so good, but still communicative. After all it’s me visiting their country and not speaking Greek 😉 place is right next to the bus stop, so great place to wait for your ride and enjoy food and drinks.- Φαγητό

Such a wonderful place to enjoy the local food, seafood, pork belly, and the Greek salad with unmistakable feta and Kalamata olives. We are glad we didn’t stop to the waterfront restaurants. Madrigali was my third attempt to find the local food where locals eat. The business owners were so kind and accommodated our tight tourist schedule as we were in rush to go back to the tour bus.

I had the freshest tastiest fish in my whole life. You can see from the photos of the fish bones how fresh they are. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Although it’s a touristic place and people usually tend to be very business oriented, we felt the warmness and the family vibe. I wish to come back soon again! We tried the fish soup, sardines, Anchovies, and vegetables pita. All were delicious and very reasonably priced, enjoyed in an amazing view!

A quaint little simple place but don't let the simple looks fool you. We went there 3 times in a row . The food was not just delicious but authentic and made with so much love. We tried almost everything in the menu and was not disappointed. Totally recommended !!

We actually passed by this place in the afternoon after we had lunch at Propolis. Checked out their menu and prices seem reasonable, so we thought of visiting the place for dinner. We are happy to have discovered this place.
It's located beside Prego Cafe & Snack, along the same row where the KTEL bus ticket office is located. During the time we were there (between 7pm to 8pm), ours was the only table occupied.
We ordered a Fish Soup, Cabbage Rolls, and Pork Souvlaki with Pita. The soup was so comforting to drink in the cold, the cabbage rolls and souvlaki were very tasty too. The pork in the souvlaki was so juicy. Total bill was 16 Euros.
We still have one more day in Nafplio, will likely visit Madrigali again for another meal.
Highly recommended.Very good food and friendly owners! We ordered two salads, two cooked dishes, 1/2 liter of white wine. We paid 32 euros for all this, and they also brought us dessert from the restaurant! Highly recommend! Such places should be supported!

Definitelly very nice and tasty cousine, everything we tried was perfect. Specially recommend stuffed tomato and sardines. Basicly it is dituated on bus station and I can imagine stuff more friendly and smilie...but if you are looking for nice food for reasonable money, give chance to Madrigali.
Small shop with outdoor seating. The service was fast. Owned by a nice older couple. I had a tasty souvlaki and the price was quite reasonable.

Great view of the fortress of Palamidi, fresh food except for the calamari but it said it in the menu that they weren’t. The staff was welcoming and they gave us a Greek traditional dessert to try without charge (Halva)

This is a wonderful family-run restaurant with fresh and authentic Greek dishes. Eat their delicious food looking up at the hilltop fort and be prepared for a special cultural and culinary experience. Opa!

A traditional family-run Greek restaurant with some lovely homestyle dishes and several vegetarian options. I had stuffed tomatoes and peppers along with a large Greek salad and the house red wine. Very tasty and very filling. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a more low-key, authentic experience away from Nafplio's most tourist-heavy spots.
